Not every flat tyre needs to be thrown away. If you have picked up a nail, screw, or sharp object, we might be able to repair it, saving you the cost of a replacement.

Safety First: We strictly follow British Standard AU 159. We will only repair a puncture if it is located in the central 3/4 of the tread and is less than 6mm in diameter.
The Repair: We do not use temporary “string” plugs. We remove the tyre from the rim, inspect the internal structure for damage, and apply a permanent “plug patch” that seals the hole from the inside out. This is a permanent fix that lasts the life of the tyre.

Honesty: If the tyre has been driven on while flat (run-flat damage) or the puncture is in the sidewall, it is illegal and unsafe to repair. In this case, we will advise a replacement.
